Labelingo.com is a business and productivity platform for designing labels, stickers, and related print materials. It is not intended for, and may not be used to create, upload, import, store, generate, display, or distribute NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or sexually explicit content of any kind. This prohibition applies to every part of the Website, including but not limited to image uploads, imported label files, saved designs, thumbnails, previews, exported files, and any other user-submitted material.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and toward any content that sexualises a minor, whether real, illustrated, or artificially generated. Any such content will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice and without refund. 5.3 Content Moderation. All images submitted to the Website are subject to automated content moderation. Images are screened at the point of upload and before they are added to a design, saved to your account, or stored on our infrastructure. Images identified as NSFW or sexually explicit are rejected, and are not processed, added to your design, or retained. We may also conduct manual review where automated screening is inconclusive or where we receive a report.
You acknowledge that these moderation controls are applied consistently across all image upload workflows on the Website, and you agree not to bypass, disable, tamper with, or otherwise circumvent them. Any such attempt is itself a material breach of these Terms of Use.
5.4 No General Obligation to Monitor. While we apply the moderation controls described above, we do not undertake any general obligation to monitor all user content, and we do not warrant that every instance of prohibited content will be detected.
