When screening happens. Images are screened at the point of submission, before they are added to your design, saved to your account, or stored on our infrastructure or that of our storage providers.
How screening is performed. Screening is performed automatically. We may transmit the image to a third-party content moderation provider acting as our processor for the sole purpose of classifying it. Such providers are contractually restricted to using the image only to perform the classification and to return the result to us. Where automated screening is inconclusive, or where we receive a report about specific content, a limited number of authorised personnel may carry out a manual review.
Outcome of screening. Images classified as NSFW or sexually explicit are rejected. A rejected image is not added to your design, is not saved to your account, and is not retained in our image storage. We retain a record of the rejection event, which may include your account identifier, a timestamp, the classification result, and technical metadata about the submission. We keep these records to enforce our Terms of Use, to detect repeated or coordinated abuse, and to evidence the operation of our moderation controls to our payment providers, auditors, and regulators. Where content is suspected to be child sexual abuse material, we will preserve the content and the associated account records and report the matter to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
Images that pass screening. Images that pass screening are handled as ordinary design content. They are stored with your design, are accessible only to you through your account, and are deleted when you delete the design that contains them.

Content moderation is a mandatory part of the service and cannot be disabled, as it is required for us to operate the Site lawfully and to meet the requirements of our payment providers. If you do not wish to have your images screened, please do not upload images to the Site.
